Mindshare - MasterMind ideas from the strategists at Treacy Marketing Group

Be EnVied.

If you haven’t already heard through the overwhelming media coverage around the property’s brand launch event The UnVeiling, massive audio-enhanced construction barricade across from the Mart, or distinctive landing page www.EnVChicago.com EnV is the hottest new LEED certified luxury apartment building to hit the Chicago real estate scene.

Not only does the Lynd Development Partners team expect EnV to surpass existing rental properties through its world-class amenities, high-end finishes, and unique services, they are confident that this hip, edgy landmark will transform the tenant experience into an energetic, socially-rich environment.

The Strategy.

Following an impressive turn-out at The UnVeiling, Treacy Marketing Group fueled the brand’s momentum by executing the two most visible tactics for the property: the construction barricade and landing page.

Construction Barricade

Located on one of Chicago’s most high-traffic street corners, the barricade needed to be eye-catching and sharp witted. Playing off the EnV name, the concept is intended to make passers-by feel like they are the subject of an envious crowd, complete with paparazzi. Sounds of camera flashes and ambient music add depth to the overall theme. Through the repetition of the web address, Treacy Marketing Group also used a push-strategy to point EnV’s audience to the newly constructed landing page.

Landing Page

Following the brand strategy, the landing page uses video and flash animation sequences set to EnV’s unique soundtrack, leaving the audience with the thought Be EnVied. EnV’s affluent, technologically-savvy audience demands high user-interactivity, so TMG developed a page where the user can control the video and audio settings, choose from four different background colors, and sign up to receive exclusive information and updates. The landing page adds intrigue and excitement to the project while EnV’s robust website is being developed.
